Migrating from tendeta v1
tendeta is now on v2: simpler and without Airtable. Create your new store with the same email, import your catalogue, and claim your reserved subdomain.
1. Create your v2 store
Log in with the same email you used in v1 and create your new store. If you had a v1 subdomain, it is reserved for you for 60 days.
2. Import your products
In the dashboard, open "Import products" → Airtable: paste a personal access token, pick your products table, confirm the columns, and we copy everything over, photos included. Prefer not to touch tokens? Export the table to CSV and upload it — same result.
3. Share your new URL
Your store goes live at yourstore.tendeta.io. The Pro plan lets you connect your own domain.
Is my subdomain reserved?
Check whether your v1 subdomain is still held under your name.
Do I lose my photos when migrating?
No. The Airtable wizard downloads the photos from your attachments and hosts them with your new store. In a CSV you can include a column of image URLs.
How does my old catalogue get to v2?
v1 stores were not copied to v2 automatically. Create your v2 store, then use the Airtable wizard or a CSV upload to import your catalogue and photos.
Is my v1 store still working?
If your v1 store is still active, it keeps working during the transition. We will email you at least 3 months before any planned shutdown.
What if someone else takes my subdomain?
v1 subdomains are reserved for their owner's email for 60 days. After that they are released.
Is v2 paid?
The free plan includes your store with a subdomain, up to 20 products and unlimited orders. The Pro plan adds unlimited products and a custom domain.
